A City That Works: My Vision for a Better London
London is at a crossroads, and right now, we are headed in the wrong direction.
"I'm not seeing a clear vision, and I'm not seeing strong leadership," is something I’ve said frequently because it’s the reality at City Hall. Instead of decisive action, we see a cycle of endless reports and expensive studies. We are studying problems while the solutions pass us by.
I am stepping up to course-correct our city. My campaign is built on four non-negotiable pillars that will define every decision I make as your Mayor:
Londoners are tired of gridlock and poorly timed construction. We need a city that prioritizes efficient movement, getting you from point A to point B without the frustration.
When I grew up here, the city was clean and safe. Now, you can’t walk downtown without seeing needles or people in desperate need of help. This is unacceptable. We must restore safety and order to our streets and parks.
We need to stop the "analysis paralysis." Leadership means taking calculated risks and making decisions. No more shelving problems for the next generation—it’s time for a city government that actually delivers results.
You work hard for your money, and City Hall should treat every dollar with the respect it deserves. We need to get back to the basics: keeping taxes manageable while ensuring our core services are top-tier.
I remember a London where taxes were lower and our streets were pristine. I’m running to bring that city back—not by looking backward, but by leading forward with a clear, disciplined vision. As long as we stay focused on these pillars, we can make London a city we are all proud to call home.
